    How do I make my reservation?

    We accept reservations via Internet or by phone (0980-49-2255)
    Phone hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

    When can I start making reservations?

    A
    Reservation by phone can be made two months prior to your departure day.
    Online reservation can be made two months prior to your departure day and until 4:55 pm on the day before your departure day.
    Please be aware that the reservation for the next day is until 4:55 pm on the day before your departure day.

    How can I make a reservation by the Internet?

    Go to Reservation Registration page from [Top Page] - [Make a Reservation.]
    Please provide necessary details (email address, telephone number, date of birth, name, vehicle information, departure port, time and date)
    and you can make your reservation.

    "Email address is not valid" shows and cannot make a reservation.

    A
    Please enter your email address after checking the following points.
    ( ) < > [ ] ; : ¥ , cannot be used in a label.
    Only alphabets(a-z), numbers(0-9), hyphens(-) and dots(.) can be used in a domain name.
    Two successive dots (.) cannot be used in a domain name.

    "Please enter the area code using numbers(0-9)" shows and cannot make a reservation.

    Please enter your telephone number after checking the following points.
    Enter your telephone number using numbers(0-9)
    For fixed-line telephone, area code is required.

    "Please use Kanji, full-sized Katakana, Hiragana or English character" shows and cannot make a reservation

    Numbers and marks cannot be used
    Please use Kanji, full-sized Katakana, Hiragana or English character.
    For old style characters, please use new style characters or full-sized Katakana.

    Can I make changes to my reservation?

    Reservation for the next day or later can be changed from Reservation Confirmation page.
    Reservation for the next day cannot be changed after 4:55 pm.

    Credit card and electronic money cards (some cards not supported) are accepted.

    Do you charge cancellation fee?

    No. We do not charge cancellation fee.

    Can I confirm my reservation information?

    A
    Go to Reservation Registration page from [Top Page] - [Confirm,] and provide necessary details (email address, telephone number, date of birth).
    You can confirm your reservation for the upcoming departure day.
    Only reservations booked online can be confirmed at this website.
